Description

Wooden fan made in Aldaia, Valencia, with a design by Valencian artists inspired by blue, yellow and green tiles. Aldaia Azulejo Azul model, 23 × 42 cm.

Aldaia wooden fan with a tile design

The Aldaia Azulejo Azul model combines yellow and green flowers with deep blue curved lines on a white and cream background. Its ornamental repeating pattern is reminiscent of traditional tiles and contrasts with the natural-tone wooden ribs. The guard bears the word Valencia.

Made in Valencia: produced in Aldaia and designed by Valencian artists. A hand fan made in a Valencian town with a long fan-making tradition.

Perfect if you're looking for a locally made wooden or flower fan to keep cool or give as a Valencia souvenir. Available at Gisety, in Valencia's Central Market.
